Returns & Refund Policy
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the official DRENZA® website.
Our products are personal care items designed for direct contact with the skin. For strict hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Eligible Returns Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

The product arrived damaged during transit.

The product arrived with a manufacturing defect.
In either of these situations, you must contact us within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date. Our Customer Care team will evaluate your case and provide the necessary instructions to resolve the issue swiftly.
Non-Eligible Items for Return We strictly do not accept returns in the following cases:

Opened or used products.

Products missing their original packaging.

Altered or tampered products.

Digital products (once delivered).
Digital Products Included as Gifts In certain special promotions, a free digital product may be included alongside the purchase of a physical product. This digital content is delivered automatically upon completing the purchase.
If you request a cancellation or return of the physical product from a promotion that includes digital content, the refund will not be issued in full. The digital content holds independent commercial value and is considered delivered and consumed at the moment of purchase. The retail value of the digital product will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Return Delivery Costs Delivery costs associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
